Having sold bearings from the year 1960 in our family business by the name of NK Joy & Co we ventured into series bearings in 1992 through our company Joy Exports in 1992. We started business of importing HCH Ball Bearings in the year 2000 as soon as the Government allowed the importers to pass on the Excise Modvat to the end user.
We introduced HCH Ball Bearings to the Indian Fan manufacturers which were using SKF/FAG at that time and spending over 20% of the product cost on just bearings. With our bearings the cost % fell to 5-8%. Since HCH kept on improving quality of the bearings, we started venturing into difference industries like Motors, Pumps, Power tools, washing machines and even Automotive industries.
